Common questions

What do cleaners not usually do?

Many don't move heavy furniture, clean outside windows, wash walls, deal with biohazards or clean up after pets beyond everyday hair. Ask about anything specific.

Can I change the checklist over time?

Yes. Many people adjust it as they see what the cleaner can cover in the time.

Does a regular clean include ironing?

Some cleaners include ironing; others don't. Agree it in advance, as it takes time from cleaning.
