Quote requests are made through our partner, Bark: the quote form on our pages is provided by Bark, and their terms and privacy policy apply to any request you make through it. We may receive a commission if you use their service. We do not carry out any cleaning or other work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a cleaner or cleaning company.

Using the website and requesting quotes is free. You are under no obligation to accept any quote.

3. Choosing a cleaner

Cleaners and cleaning companies are independent businesses, and we cannot guarantee the quality, timing or price of their work, or any outcome such as the return of a tenancy deposit. Before hiring anyone, we recommend that you check their insurance, ask for references, and get a written quote that sets out what is included.

4. Information on the website

Our guides, including price ranges and comments on tenancies, products and safety, are for general information only. Price ranges are indicative summaries of published third-party guides, not official rates or our own prices, and rules can differ between the four UK nations. Always get written quotes for your specific job and follow product manufacturers' instructions.
